PTFE coated fiberglass / Aramid open mesh fabrics

 Open Mesh Fabrics are used to let hot air through the grid of a conveyor belt. It is mostly used for Drying Processes for Textile Printing, Screen Printing, Pre-Shrinking and Textile Finishing. It is also used in the Drying of Wool, Pigmented and Dyed Thread, and Paper Mash and Pulp. Some companies have adopted Open Mesh Conveyor Belts for the preparation of Food Stuffs like Snacks, Dried Cereals, and cooling Biscuits. It is also used to transport fabrics, to dry fruits and vegetables and for many Chemical and Pharmaceutical Drying Processes.

PTFE Architectural Membrane

These PTFE Coated Membranes are the most adaptable fabrics for the building of Tensile Structures, and have great Quality differences with other types of Coated Fabrics or Films. PVC Coated Membranes are opaque and age and discolor very quickly. Structures built with PTFE Coated Membranes would be guaranteed for 20 Years and would certainly last for more than half a century. These Membranes have a high percentage of translucency, become totally white and resistant to all types of weather and damaging solar rays like Infra-Red and Ultra-Violet. Nowadays, most Sport Stadiums, Conference Centers and Exhibition Halls are completely covered with these very light and extremely strong Roofing and Insulating Architectural Membranes.Main Features of TIANRONG’S Architectural Membranes:Our Architectural Membranes are woven in-house with selected twisted yarns composed of extremely thin and flexible filaments of E-Glass. We weave these base fabrics on highly technological European Looms and use especially formulated PTFE Dispersions and translucent fillers. We then Coat these fabrics to different thicknesses depending on the defined application: Porous for Sound Proofing, Light Coated for more Translucency and Heavily Coated for superior strength against the weather. At present, We can produce Membranes of up to 4.000 mm. wide, (158 inches), which are shipped in rolls of up to 100 continuous linear meters.

PTFE Adhesive Tapes

Pure PTFE Film or Skived Tapes are manufactured from 100% selected PTFE Granules and / or Resins. These Films are then Chemically Etched and Primed according to the type of Adhesive that We apply. Our Adhesive Backed PTFE Coated Glass Fabrics are also properly Etched and Primed before the application of high grade Silicone or Acrylic Adhesives. The best Silicone Adhesive can withstand temperatures from -40°C., and up to +260°C., and we prepare special batches of Phenol Based Silicone Adhesive that could resist temperatures just above 280°C. in continuous. Our tapes with Acrylic Adhesives are recommended for Cryogenic Sealing Processes, (packaging inside an area saturated with nebulous Peroxide). These tapes are ideal for sealing bags of Milk and Dairy Products. Our Adhesive Products are protected with a variety of liners, from Yellow Corrugated PVC to Blue Smooth Treated PE Liner with widths up to 1.500 mm. There are hundreds of Applications for TIANRONG’S Adhesive Tapes. Their excellent tack and superior non-stick easy release surface, makes them the best choice for Thermal Spray Masking tapes, used in resurfacing jet engine components.
