Fusing Belt

TIANRONG’S Endless Woven and PTFE Coated Belts resolve the problem of markings on Garments during Laminating and Interlining Fuse Pressing processes. TIANRONG was the first company to produce Seamless Belts in China. We use selected high tensile Glass, Kevlar® and / or Nomex® yarns on especially designed Looms, to produce fabrics in a tubular form. These Endless Coated Belts have excellent dimensional stability and non-stick surface. The absence of a joint prevents markings on laminated Collars, Cufflinks and / or Fashion Belts.

The TIANRONG Endless Fusing Belt will last at least 3 times longer than any other type of Belts with a heat-sealed joint on a traditional Fuse-Pressing Equipment. These Seamless Belts could continuously transfer the required heat to laminate textiles by melting the interlining between the two fabrics.
